These medications have been reported to decrease the formation of coenzyme-Q10 in the body. Supplementation with the affected nutrient may be necessary.(1)
These drugs include amitriptyline, amoxapine,clomipramine, desipramine,doxepin, imipramine, nortriptyline, protryptiline, trimipramine.
